SES light on, Help with code

I plugged my predator in and the DTC was P0137 02S circuit. Bank 1 - Sensor 2 LOw Voltage.
Where is this sensor???

I believe that is the o2 sensor after the cat on the driver side. Likely causes are a bad sensor or bad cat.
