Secondary/Aux Battery Delete?

Hey all, I tried searching these forums and youtube and did not see much on the GMT900 aux battery delete. Any of you guys do this to your trucks?
My 2011 PPV Hoe was sitting for awhile as I had to rebuild power steering, and realized the rack is pissing after pump n hose replacements. Both batteries lost their charge and are on a trickle charger now, terminals taken off.

I don't really need aux power. Is there a way to go about this?

Any help greatly appreciated.

To add a little more info, both batteries were fully charged. I never had any issues starting this thing until yesterday when I tried, I had the door locks going wild, windows going up and down, slow crank, then didnt even want to turn. Tried again, started but not smooth.
Now? I see dash light up but starters not doing anything. I have done the fuse box trick and swapped the headlight fuse with the starter. Nothing.

Do these things go into some kind of security mode or forget the FOBs? I used to run into that issue with my older BMWs.

Any help greatly appreciated. For a $5K 2011 vehicle with 130K on it, this thing is truly becoming a powder keg on me 2 years in.

you can simply remove the 2nd battery, wrap the positive terminal in electrical tape and secure both cables with a zip tie or something and that would be the easiest method.
but otherwise no this generation is not known to loose key or fob memory.
just be sure you have one good charged battery, if it went dead while attached and you re-charged it while still attached, then try disconnecting the battery fully charge it then re-attach. low voltage could have created a poor module handshake so at the very least disconnect the battery for a minute or two re-attach and try again.

Ah ok, thanks for info on aux delete.

In regards to my no crank no start power issue, I think one or both terminals are shot, or I have a loose ground somewhere hiding. I cleaned the one up on the firewall and another on the frame under driver door. If not those two possible issues, perhaps a megafuse on the hot terminal.... I know for a fact both batteries are fully charged & my alternators good.

you can try jumping the starter relay and see if the starter works or not
