My front seats are worn out. Not much cushioning in the front seats anymore and the motor is straining. My question is what seats are a direct fit to replace them with.

Your best bet is to have an upholstery shop rebuild the seats or find a nice, used set out of another 00-06 Tahoe or Yukon

There are aftermarket kits available to add heated seats. Also the seat shop has replacement upholstery that's a decent match to Oem and replacement cushions if you're more of a do it yourself type of person.

^ 2nd this. Replacement foam and leather is easily found online. eBay has some good prices too. I replaced my driver seat bottom, but chose not to do the foam. Pretty straightforward with a bit of online video help.

OEM Heated Seats can be added. There are some how-to threads here on the forum for that. You'll need to find the seats, door panel/switches and a wiring harness that goes from the computer under the seat to a connector under the front kick panel.
