seat back panel keeps falling out?

2010 tahoe, seat back panel on the bench seat on the passenger side will pop out everytime someone sits in the chair no matter the size of the person. Any one know any fixes for this?
I plan on going to the dealer this weekend, truck has less than 20000 miles and I hope this is still under warranty.

trip to the dealership...warranty should cover it
