Searching for Catalytic Converters

I'm 99% sure my cats are clogged in my 2003 GMC Yukon Denali and I'm having trouble trying to find a good replacement for my truck. Some of them don't come as a full Y-pipe while others that are sold with both left and right pipes don't seem to have a way to connect them back similar to OEM. Here are some links to replacements I've found but I don't understand How I could install them. Any recommendations?

Yeah...it certainly would be hard to fit a Lincoln Navigator Air Suspension up to your exhaust.
