Haha nope not going back to imports. But I was looking to spend under 40k. If I didn't just buy my wife the new car I would get a 12-13 one for 50k plus. But I want to buy this with cash no finance. I just found two one is 6 hours away and one is a hour WDT Platinums one is a 08 and other is 09. So might go look at the one that is a hour away tonight.

I agree! But the hardest part if you OCD like me is trying to find the right truck which can be very difficult when buying used. I was dead set on White Diamond w/black leather but trying to find one with particular miles for a particular price in near mint condition was nearly impossible. Actually it was impossible thats why I sucked it up, spent more then I would have liked and went with the Platinum. It all comes down to what colors you want....Good luck in your search!

Well she is gone. New owner picked up on Saturday morning. New owner actually is a new member on here. His name is Mike and I think his user name is black power. But really nice guy and I know he will take good care of it. So Tuesday morning I should be picking up my new ride. Going to be a 09 white diamond escalade as long as everything checks out on it when I test drive it.

Well unfortunately I didn't get the WDT. I went up to look about hour and half and looked at it. And some issues I really didn't like. First opened the door and smelled like a cigar smoker owned it. Then passenger rear door sill looked really wierd had a ruff texture to it and looked like some one sprayed spray paint with WDT. Didn't look good. Also noticed the rear passenger door inner door pillar that has the seatbelt pushed out. So even though it had a clean carfax looks like it could have been hit. So I decided to pass on it. So found another one in VA. It is a Galaxy grey. At first didn't know if I would like it but did a Photoshop of black on it and damn it looks good. So we will see.

hmm that is a good idea. I still have the full black esky rack at home so I might do that.
