Reverse Camera

I have an 07 Yukon with factory nav and backup camera. In the last week the reverse camera will not come on when you put it in reverse. Not the black screen some people see it's just like you're in drive or park. I have a lock pick and can manually turn on the camera and it works fine. Anyone had this happen before? Thanks

Has anyone replaced the module under the passenger seat? If so where did you get it and how much was it?
