Reprogram speedometer for taller tires?

I have 2021 Z71 Suburban and am looking for taller tires. I really don't want to mess up my speedometer/odometer.

I've looked everywhere I can think of and searched the forums.

Does a simple tire height programmer not exist for the new Tahoe/Suburbans?

Unless you’re adding a lot of diameter, the speedo will only be off a few mph at 65.

GM will recalibrate your ride for any new tire size that is a "stock" (available on other trims of same model) tire size...
Other than that..you are on your own.

Probably have to get a tune from blackbear or find a local with HP tuners to recalibrate it
It’ll be a just justification to go ahead and have it tuned anyways while your in there it’ll make a huge difference in my experience
