Wait- what hood? I don't remember you saying anything about a new hood. What kind is it?

Look back in my build thread. A couple pages. Ordered a new hood towards the end of march. Cuz my original hood got slightly dented in where it meets the grille and headlights from my small fender bender last memorial day weekend. And then over the course of the winter I had several spots of clear coat go bad. So I decoded to buy a new one. It's finally done!!

Oh damn. For some reason I thought you put a cowl Hood on. My bad! Lol

@Tonyrodz , nah no Cowl hood haha. I think they look killer on the tahoes and suburbans, but for some reason I think it would look way out of place on my Denali. Red's looks killer cuz he has the drop and the color matched grille and I think that all ties his front end together with the cowl hood. But mine doesn't have that. Lol.

Agreed about Red's ride. Everything does tie in beautifully. It is badass!

Thanks for the compliments guys! Was a little absent through the weekend cuz of wrk. But I went to another rides and coffee event yesterday at chemical guys and had a blast. I'm very fortunate enough to live somewhat close enough to be able to go down there. It's pretty awesome. Between last months rides and coffee, this one, I've invested quite a bit of money on new product and tools to better my detailing service and make work easier, and I'm loving all the new toys. If you haven't checked out chemical guys, and eall the amazing stuff they put out, you should! My truck is looking better than ever right now after spending all afternoon claying and waxing sealing. I'm stocked! On top of chemical guys, I scored a tan leather XL cargo cover for my truck through a Craigslist seller that was in Orange County right near where I spent yesterday afternoon at my family's house for a pool party. Worked out incredibly well and got the cover for a great deal! It's a perfect match to my interior color! Lots more updates for the truck coming soon.

Been slow to update the build this last week or so. Work has me running around like crazy. But thats a good thing cuz it's paying for all the stuff I want to do for my truck! . Anyways got a lot cookin up right now for my Denali. I love coming home to big boxes on the deck! Can't let y'all see what's inside the box just yet! But I'll tease you cuz it's a change I've wanted to make to my Denali ever since I bought it and it's finally happening! I can't wait! This and a few other upgrades I hope to have done this coming week, are gonna make my truck pretty awesome, at least in my opinion. Haha.

So big changes will be happening this week and I'm excited. Aside from that, celebrated my birthday last night and one of my closest friends, who should seriously be a professional cake boss, lol, decided she was gonna replicate my Denali in a birthday cake! And I gotta say, the result was pretty spectacular! Even down to the little details of replicating my Denali chrome mesh grill, paint and headlights! That and the cake tasted so good!! Lol.
