removing silver trim on dash

how do you remove the silver peices of trim on the dash around ac vents and around radio and above the glovebox? If i can get them off i have some nice nice stuff in the works for theese peices.. does anybody know how to get them off?

they just pop off. get in there with a small screw driver get a gap, then use a door popper and start poppin.
I have mine pained black to match the rest of the interior

They just pop off. It will feel like you're about to break them but it's just the clips being held tightly.

Thanks guys. That's how I figgured they came off, I will post up pics after I get it all done
