I'm having issues pulling this, as I was thinking it has those clips like other things in this truck but it's not coming out, any advise ?

Might see if you can pop the lenses out and see if there are some screws under there. If they are removable, they typically have a little notch for a small flat blade screw driver or pick. Hard to see much with the glare in the photo.

Ended up getting busy with the kiddos
Maybe I'll have time later tonight to get a little closer and see how to pop the lens.
Hopefully their is access to roof because I'm doing all this to install a NMO mount.

Theirs no lense covers it’s a round LED dome recessed inside. I tried to pry it out again with more force and still refuses to come out. There has got to be someone on here with this same dome light that has had it removed or dropped headliner etc etc

Sorry I don't have that type of light. Where are you prying? Could it be that you need to pop the inside out of the "frame"? By that I mean I see a seem around the unit.

He he "unit" :pepper:

Maybe I'll just cut a square out the roof inside and install a trap door.
MaRoner Plumbing Access Panel for Drywall Ceiling 4 x 6 inch Removable Hinged Access Door Reinforced Hinged Panel https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RTYN8F9/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_89X2FTQE0626HPGH8SP7?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

4x6 is a little bigger than I want but it may be my only option because I'm not taking down weather strips and pillars to drop the roof because I still wouldn't be able to access center of roof unless the liner comes completely out

This might be helpful. The guy is working on a Silverado but it likely be the same. He removes the rear dome light is at about the 2:45 mark.

Just wedge a trim tool or whatever suits to push in these clips and pull from the side with these spring clips and tilt down. They should be on the back side (rear) of the housing. The front side had the solid lip that hooks on the headliner.
