Red fluid leaking 2025 AT4

Have a red fluid leak from just rear of the front axel, center of the vehicle. 2025 Yukon XL AT4 with only 2000 miles. Any thoughts on the fluid?
Going to bring it in, but have family coming in this week and need the vehicle not in the shop….

Only 2 things that have red fluid. The transmission and the transfer case (if 4wd). The both use automatic transmission fluid.

Based on your post on area of the fluid leaking it's probably from the transmission. You could look for a loose or leaking cooler line or check the trans pan bolts to see if any are loose.

I would be leery of driving the new vehicle to the dealer for repair. The fluid (probably transmission fluid) may leak more when under pressure and being driven - possibly causing damage to the transmission.

You may want to have Chevrolet Roadside Assistance tow the vehicle to the dealer (included with your warranty).

Yea, just crawl under there and pinpoint where the leak is. Should be pretty easy to locate it on a brand new vehicle.

The ULV trans fluid is lighter color and weight from the Dexron VI that is in the transfer case. You can see quite a difference between the two. I agree, look under to see if there is something obvious both at rest and idling.

Ended up being a very minor transmission line leak, not sure of the cause. Minor enough I was able to drive it until the new parts came in a couple of weeks later. They replaced the transmission lines under warranty.
