Does anyone know of a hitch that would move the receiver up into the bumper, preferably to where the license plate is? I have always hated the 7 pin harness bracket, and not that I am going to lower my Tahoe I wanted to see if I could clean it up any. A roll pan would be sweet, but for now just getting it up into the bumper could be great.

I don't know about a hitch being that high and simultaneously that far back (i.e. is there enough room for a hitch between the plate and the tire?).

Alternatively when I was upgrading my 2002 Tahoe I took it to my local-preferred hitch & trailer shop. They upgraded the hitch and cut a hole in the bumper to the left of the license plate (mirror to the spare tire drop door) and installed a 7-/4-pin combination harness bracket.
