Got mine too. Waiting to hear from others how dealer handles Platinum dashboard covered in leather. Not going to let them handle a 09 dash with no cracks and say, Ooopsie, it’s so old it cracked.

I’ve seen posts stating it’s accessible from there and up top. After I’ve confirmed a few Platinum can be completed from below I’ll book an appt. I’ll make them write on the s/o that they’re not touching the dash pad.
Getting my local dealer to admit they erred and did lot damage to our past 08 Denali was like pulling ticks off an TX hog. I couldn’t imagine the misery they’d throw if they were trying to get out of damaging a leather dash pad on a 1-2 hour warranty job.
