Rear wiper replacement ?

ANyone have experience with the rear wipers. What does it take to replace? I had a coworker come and ask if I could replace the rear wiper on her 03' Yukon. I was like yeah sure not a problem. She was actually talking about the whole thing. lol... Seems she backed up into her garage with the rear hatch open and broke it off. SHe says its hanging there. I have not seen it yet. But I am not sure if I can help her.

Yea mine stopped working a week ago and I really need it to work since I'll be on a road trip towing my trailer+cycle heading to Ga. I finally broke down and took it to dealer and it was just some bolts loose on the motor. Charge $30. New motor would have cost $320, or $140 from advance auto

if it's just the wiper arm, you can unbolt it from the outside and disconnect the washer fluid tube. there's a plastic cover that covers the bolt for the wiper arm.

Wow thats a difference in price. I take it one is new the other remanufactured.

I hope its just the arm. I think I will take a look at it this afternoon. IF I can help her I will plus it will give me a lil experience with it in case I ever have any issues with mine. I probably can't make it any worse.
