Is there a device that will hold the rear coil spring in its' place? In the event the rear suspension is flexed enough I would hate for my coil spring to come loose. I have never heard of anyone ever losing a spring but having taken my rear springs out a few times I know it doesn't take much to get them loose.

Thoughts?

I do not know of anything made for our suvs. but there are several coil spring retainer kits made for jeeps and other vehicles. people use jeep springs to lower tahoes so I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to adapt one of them to work. That's one of the things I plan to do to mine. Most are a metal circle that goes in the spring over the top or bottom coil and bolts through the center of it into the spring mounts. Google coil spring retainer kit you'll see a bunch of them
