Rear exit exhaust ?

I'm thinking of changing up my exhaust soon. I currently have dual tailpipes exiting on each side towards the rear. I was thinking of going straight out the back and modifying my rear bumper so the exhaust tips tuck up into it like on the Dodge Ram pickups. Has anyone seen this done?

My thoughts were to pick up a Dodge rear bumper, section out the cutouts, and cut them into my bumper and repaint it. I know it will take some fitting and effort but in the end it should look good.

I've never seen it molded like a dodge. But if you do it go with 5" tips. Look way better

Might be able to cut the bumper then weld on some curved contours. Would not be able to do it with a chrome bumper but you will have to go with a painted one

I have a body-colored bumper already so no re-chroming needed.

I saw a write up on a dodge forum where a guy did this to his 3rd gen ram. He cut and welded a couple pieces and then smoothed it out and painted it then put 4th gen ram tips on. Came out sick looking. I'll try and find the write up.
But as far as our trucks I've never seen it done but I think it will look good

After parking next to a Ram, I forgot all about the lower plastic trim on my bumper. So I would either need to get a different rear bumper for my Denali or come up with a different idea. I'm working on the second option and retaining the trim. now to find the right donor.
