Rear DVD

I have a 2006 yukon, when you put a disc in DVD player I can not mute the front speakers? They are the only ones the sound comes out of. I do not have the head sets so is there anyway to play the sound back speakers only or could it just be the cd I was using? Thanks for any help, Steve

OEM or aftermarket head unit? Also, have you considered using the fader?

It is a factory unit head and no I have not tried the fader, I will try it. Thanks
