On my 2020 PPV Tahoe, I can crank the volume up on the stock radio and its decently loud but not REAL loud. If I adjust the speakers to the rears, the volume is about half. I thought maybe it was the stock speakers that were bad so I bought some new 6.5" 2 way speakers. Got em all installed and its still only about half the output. I didn't see any specific settings for it either.

This forum is pretty dead unfortunately. I hate FB so there really isn't much for resources these days to brainstorm. I've noticed a lot of these newer vehicles, people don't really dig deep into their vehicles, especially the PPV world.
