Rear door locks and hatch not working

Apologize if this was already discussed. Just picked up this 2003 Yukon SLT, trying to troubleshoot these rear locks, Tried to first replace these realize, however if they’re plugged in or not they don’t seem to be making a difference at all. Anyone have any advice? Thank you

Does your rig have child safety locks on the side of the door? Do they or the hatch pop with remote or switch?
