Rear disc brake coversion??

Hi, has anyone done a drum to disc brake coversion? And how expensive was it? thanks!!!

Some people here have done it. Its about 1k to get parts new

A few have done it but the more popular and effective upgrade is upgrading to the larger brake calipers and pads and converting to the OBS dually's hydroboost system. Rear disc brakes helps a little and looks sweet but isn't nearly as effective for stopping power
