Rear axle options

Situation, 99 Yukon G80 (GT4) 89k rear axle housing is toast, corroded beyond worthwhile repair... I've already welded the shock mounts once each and the roll bar mounts are simply gone. Not a fan of continued welding on the tubes.

Any good reman companies that anyone has experience with?

As far as junk yard stuff... Is an equivalent G80/GT4 pickup rear a direct bolt in just without the sway bar mounts.

Suggestions?

A recycled axle from a southern vehicle should be available from companies like LKQ. Down here in FL clean recycled axle housings are everywhere.

East Coast Gear is not too far from you IIRC. They can build anything you want.
