I know this is basically a shot in the dark with no video, but... phone camera wasn't picking it up when I tried to record it.

Have recently been noticing when I am in gear and stopped, my rpms drop just slightly and I feel more vibrations. I assume this is normal, as I think it would be the torque converter. I cleaned the MAF recently, and it caused my idle RPM to be much more stable and not drop 50-100rpm. Anyways...

When my idle drops just a slight bit and I feel the vibration, there's a metallic rattling noise that I hear. I can only hear it if my door is open or window is down. I only hear it at idle when my engine vibrates a little more than usual, and I don't hear it any other time.

It could possibly be one of a million things, but any possible ideas of what it might be? Not sure if this is something common by any means.

Check exhaust for leaks... Check exhaust manifold bolts.
A bad starter that has internally failed can cause a "rattling" noise too..
I know weird, but I've come across it twice and was like WTH? but starter
Check your engine mounts, esp the driver (Left) side

Huh interesting… I wonder if it’s my starter.

I replaced my exhaust manifold bolts as well as my driver side mount. I haven’t changed my passenger side mount.

It almost sounds like a loose heat shield sometimes.

I think my starter might be on its way out. It sometimes sounds a little tired when starting and sometimes when im starting the engine, I’ll hear a clack noise and it sounds like maybe it’s the starter barely disengaging in time.

Sounds about right... Take off the starter and it'll usually be obvious.. the little drive
gear comes loose and just rattles around in there

I recommend that you take the truck to a trusted local repair shop, and get the truck on a lift with someone inside the truck. Recreate your situation where the noise occurs, and then the Mechanic underneath the truck can go around, with a stethoscope if necessary, and locate the source of the noise.
