Random jerking after repairs

So I had some work done today on my 97 Yukon. New upper and lower intake gasket, thermostat, oil change and coolant flush and now I'm have a random jerking when on the highway. I will just be cruising above 60 mph and every now and then I get a sudden jerk from the front of the truck. It doesn't seem to be doing it at lower speeds only on the highway. I've never had this issue until tonight. Not sure what it could be, any ideas.

What would cause a miss after an intake gasket? Everything seems to be plugged in right.

Could be a air pocket in the cooling system.

Perhaps a plug wire got damaged or some other high tension circuit. Only other thing that comes to ind based on the work that was done is that maybe an injector is malfunctioning or the fuel pressure is dropping off randomly. If you can get misfire history it will likely point you in the right direction

Finally got a chance to scan the check engine light and it was for a Camshaft position sensor P0340.
