Random hot air from rear overheads

Really odd one here. Now that it is starting to get hot we are running the AC more, and the air in the back sometimes is HOT. I mean, like full throttle heater all the way up hot. And the AC is on coldest and blows very cold from the front. If you turn off the vehicle and wait a few seconds, restart the truck - cold air from the rear vents.

Any idea on what needs to be fixed? I thought it might be one of the blend door actuators, but it works sometimes just fine until it blows hot, and then a restart fixes. Thanks.

I thought it might be one of the blend door actuators, but it works sometimes just fine until it blows hot, and then a restart fixes. Thanks.

That's exactly why it's a blend door actuator

Ok, thanks for the info. Any idea which one exactly would need to be replaced for the problem? It's a 2004 Yukon Denali, thanks.
