More info would be helpful. Things like years, make, model, etc.

When you say "keep my DVD player working in the back.", it would help to elaborate. Do you actually have a DVD player installed somewhere in the rear, such as headrest mount screens and player or are you just referring to the factory rear entertainment screens on the roof.

As for upgrading the factory HU there are a lot of options. Most will require something like a Maestro to maintain all.of the factory features like SWC, Onstar, rear entertainment, etc.

Sorry about that 2008 tahoe ltz. Yes it has the roof DVD player I would like to keep working. Along with that a bigger screen and bluetooth would be awesome. Also I've heard there is a plug and play any info on that would be helpful thnxs

This is the latest HU I went with. It is an android radio that keeps everything functional for the most part. Probably the biggest screen you will find.

This was the Kenwood I had before, with the Maestro it retained all factory features as well as adding some like viewing TPMS info on screen as well as checking/clearing CEL trouble codes.
