Protecting underbody

Unfortunately I'm going to have to part out my current Tahoe due to the body rusting out, so i bought another one lol. Anyone have tips for protecting the body and frame from rust?
While the new motor and transmission are being built, I'll have access to the entire underbody of the truck (everything is coming out, exhaust, fuel lines, tank, etc) so i'll have full access to the entire underbody.
