We love our 2009 Denali XL - but I have noticed something wrong and wonder if it is worth reporting - The cowl that runs accross the bottom of the windshield is "bowed" slightly in the middle so that it's not in contact with the windshield for about a 1 foot long section. I am referring to the piece of plastic with a weatherstrip that runs accross the top of it and makes contact with the windshield.

It appears that this "cowl" is just for decoration and doesn't serve much purpose. Does anyone know if this is a problem I should worry about taking it to the dealer for? The vehicle only has 7,500 miles on it.

Thanks!

for sure have them take a look at it. if your not pleased, even though cosmetic, have them fix it.

We had a small rattle in the rear deck of my wifes new Nissan Maxima, I made them take it apart and find it. Come to find out, factory missed two clips...fixed it, stopped the rattle.

You never know..
