2019 Tahoe PPV, Rear windows are inoperable from front and back.
Has anyone figured out how to fix this?

I just found out the issue on this today. Pull the door boot off. Trace the brown/white wire through the connector. It will be missing on the other side (inside the car)

This is the BCM reference wire. The switch has nothing to send back to the BCM without it.
I added a new wire, I still have to run it to the front door boot and tie it into the brown/white reference wire there.

I’ll update you when my windows work later this week.

Just bought a 2020 PPV. The rear window switches were physically unplugged, but zip tied inside the doors. I pulled everything through (don't have door panels yet, but it was obvious where the wire harness comes through the door with a large rubber grommet that fit the round hole in the door) hooked up the switches, and the passenger side works both from the driver door and the rear switch. Driver side rear window is not working after doing the same thing. I have been out of town and have not had a chance to see if I have power to the switch.

I lucked out on mine. 2020 Tahoe PPV. The window switches were tucked inside the doors. Pulled the wire looms through the doors (still looking for door panels and other parts). The RR worked after plugging the switch back in. LR did not work, so I swapped the switch from the RR and it works both with that switch and the driver door switch. Have a new switch on the way. Can't speak to other years.
