Ppv rear door child lock?

My driver rear door cant be open from the inside, but the right one yes. Child lock or (prisoner lock lol) is not actived in my front door, before I remove the door panel, is there something im missing? Are the door suppose to be locked from inside at all time?

I had same thing on both doors.
Found that cable was removed from handle and hidden behind the door sound proof cover or whatever they call it... just snap cable on if you find it . Probably you missing a knob also
