I have both in the back (2.5" spacers) and everything that you have and mine sits perfectly even. That's with the keys cranked just a little. I'm sitting at 39.5".

ive got keys and spacers to install and plan on running 35/12.50r17s on 17x8 d-windows. yall think that i will have any problems running them without cutting too much.

Think so. That's my only option at the moment. I've got yukon 17s and 35 toyos almost bald and 35 general red letters and 17x8 d-windows. I sold my 285s
