Hey all!

I bought a 2005 Dark Gray Tahoe. I'm looking to see pictures with black wheels. The truck came with some kind of aftermarket 16" wheels with decent tread on the tires.

I was thinking of maybe plasti-dipping them black then if I like it powder coat them.

Just wanted to get an idea of what it may look like

Just going to leave the truck stock height. Not going to lift it. Thought of maybe lowering it but I'm just going to leave stock height

I had thought about that. The truck just has these Enkei wheels that I'm uncertain about....I will post a picture a little later

I wouldn't go black. Just get a nice set of stocks and call it a day. You could level it. Get some nnbs 20"s and would look real good!

Those don't look bad at all. I almost pulled the trigger on some 22" escalade wheels I found on Craigslist for 700 with good tires. The guy sold them when u was on my way there. Bummer. We'll see what are some common wheels that get out on these trucks?

Scour Craig's list in your area. Stuff up all the time. Good deals too. Its your best bet tbh.

I went from OE 17' Tahoe wheels to 18' Escalade wheels that I blacked out with PlastiDip and Glossifier. I like the black myself, makes it look more stealthy.

Those are the OE wheels I want believe it or not. I've been looking at those, 5 spoke 20" Silverado wheels, or the ones like the picture I posted. You're truck looks nice though!

Yeah they are a nice wheel. I wanted bigger but not so big I would have to shell out a fortune on new rubber. The PlastiDip made them look good though as I bought them off a guy who used them for winter rims so they were a bit rough. Here is a bit of before and after.
