P0122 Code and High Idle

Hey guys,

Yesterday the CEL came on and the idle hovered around 1500 when I pulled into the driveway. I pulled the code and it was PO122, which has to do with TPS voltage. Has anyone else had this issue? I've seen some high idle threads, but msot of those appeared to be more related to vacuum. I looked around the engine bay, vacuum lines look good and the wiring to the TPS looked secure.

Interesting note, when I went out later to run to the store the CEL light was off, and it seemed fine, but then again when I pulled into the driveway the idle went up, but this time no CEL.

Any input is appreciated.

I found a procedure to test the TPS, I will give that a try and see if that is the culprit.
