opinions and advice needed

Alright guys, I was talking to a guy that came through work who had a n-fab front bumper on his Nissian and now I think I want to add one to the Nali. First thing is I need opinions on looks and second is, will it fit? The one I'm going to get (if I buy one) will be the model for the 04 sierra 1/2 ton since they dont have it listed for the Denali. I'm assuming the mounting points are all the same since the sierra, denali, yukon and tahoe are all the same as far as the front clip is concerned. Heres my crude photoshop, before and after..

I like it. Looks mean. The problem is its a badass bumper, to an otherwise almost stock SUV. That bumper needs to be attached to something lifted with some bad ass tires...

Well, the compressor on my autoride has never worked so, I wouldn't be losing anything by lifting it..
