Oil Change Mileage

I thought I read somewhere but can't seem to find it. How many miles are people typically running on this Dexos oil for the 2015's? Only 3,000 miles or more?

went by the on board monitor...changed around 7K miles.

What is Dexos Oil?

Dexos is a certification for motor oil that GM came up with a couple of years ago. The certification insures that the oil meets GM specs. They are trying to have everyone go to a full synthetic with better flow for gas mileage, and it also insures that the oil has the additives that they require.

I would change it every 3-5k but thats just me.
