Purchased an OEM Chevy Nav Radio for my '13 Tahoe. Installed and it works fine. I'm looking to update the Map DVD (surprised they are so $$$)
Here's my question:
1) Don't know if I was sold the Nav system/radio matched to 2013 Tahoe. Seems to work fine. But I would like to check the GM Part number or identification. Do I have to pull the nav/radio to do this? Or is there a way to check on the screen? Seller dances and does not give me any useful info.
2) Have a Denso Map disk ver 4.1c GM p/n 20857425u. Seems out of date. Not sure what year it is. Looking to update with a more recent version. Didn't necessarily want to for the full $179 for 2014 from Denso.
Without confirming the Nav Radio Part number, I'm not sure I'll make the right choice for a Denso DVD map. Seems like there are too many variables.
Anyone have suggestions or info that would be helpful?
