OBS wheel ?

ok so i have my 00 Limited and was thinking of the SS silverado wheels what would be easier and cheaper.


1. Getting the SS wheels re-drilled from 6 lug to 5 lug. don't know if shops do this.

2. Converting my truck to a six lug. would like to know what would be needed for this.

So what do you guys recommend.

I think you can get spacers to convert your truck from 5 to 6 lug

sell me your old limited rims, and ill tell ya what needs to happen

Justkidding- but you can get the SS rims welded/filled in the redrilled by some companies around you for your 5 lug application. So yes they would, and it would be cheaper then the other route (number 2)
I wouldnt trust those "spacers" that convert the 5 lug to 6 lug. they also bring out your tires about a good half an inch to an inch

And ya i know about the spacer i had them on my old yukon. i had denali rims with spacers and the tires came out it was kinda flush but didn't look right. and then to top it off i had to burn off some lugs cause the spacers got stuck and the tire shop charged me 50 bucks for each stud they had to heat up.


do you guys think the SS wheels would look good on the Limited

I didn't see a 22'' 5 lug. but I would like them in silver.

I have a 4WD so it is 6 lug.

I would try giving them a call to see if they can get you a set in silver.

He got them filled and drilled from a tire company by him.. i didnt think it costed to much either..

i personally would leave it just like that, you got this thing dirt cheap and looks amazing! i have the same rims if you couldnt tell i love em.

If i was you, id maybe get some new corners up front, maybe smoke the rear tails and 3rd brake light. and lower it about 4inch! and do something about the exhaust tip, like cut it off some more and put a black chrome tip on it or paint that one on it. that would be sick man. how many miles again on her?

I think the red calipers look pretty good. have you done any motor mods? Give her some more power man

miles are 191,000 DAMN i know but runs as good as new. No engine mods yet, only thing I've done is new headlights and blinkers red and black bowtie, and just won a brushed aluminum speed grille on ebay for 60 new. oh and an Alpine IVA-D310 indash that im selling LOL.

i want to smoke my rear taillights and corners, and put a nice sounding exhaust with TIP lol. just don't know what kind i hate flowmaster every tahoe around here sounds the same. engine wise im going to wait till it gives out and drop maybe a 383.

sidenote. do you have the limited interior. or anymore pics of your truck i love the color

that grille would be cool looking. how much you selling the Alpine IVA-D310 for? id be interested.. yea i wouldn't suggest flow master, i chopped my whole exhaust off right after the cat, deff gives it a different sound from everyone.. haha 383 would be sick in that too

The interior in my hoe is factory gray leather, not the limited 2tone, im going to do upholstery work to it this yr at Wyotech, so new custom leather, headliner, etc etc. The only thing i got off a limited for my truck was the rims and foglight harness+switch and gauges. The ground effects are from stillen back in the day. heres a couple pics..

yea its pretty similar, I like my middle piece better then the limited, but then i like the limited rear pieces better then mine.. lol. its impossible to find the limited ground effects.

haha naa. its a 95. limiteds were only in the 2000s. its from stillen, pretty pricey but its nice..
