One thing I haven't seen addressed is when lowering with 5305 is the rear hardware kit needed besides the shorter end links?
Thanks!

when you do my rear set up and no spacers yes you will need endlinks/my bumpstops and cut bracket off frame. No way around it unless you dont care about bouncing all over the place

For sure, I understand we need end links but what I am asking is do we need the trailing arm brackets?

Norcal, do you include good instructions in your kit? I want to buy it and take it to my mechanic to have it installed, but I know you have some custom touches with this kit. i just want to make sure its all laid out for him.

Finally had a chance to take a picture or two since being lowered. Looks like the rear is lower than the front, but truck isn't running, so no AutoRide. This is 1.5/4.0, give or take. 4wd.

All I want is a smoother ride in the rear without lowering. Current situation over bumps. Setup is trailering, 20inch wheels, with autoride. If I just changed the shocks I'm gonna get the service codes. Is the bumpy ride coming from the shocks or the springs?

What is the difference between this one and the other thread that needs new spindles?

Not sure I understand the difference. I have a 4x4 and would like a 2/4 drop and hope it levels out some.

if your 4x4 and want 2 inches i would do drop struts and the camber kit thats 275. then in rear you can do my 3.5-4.5 kit which is 360 shipped and you will need to cut the bracket off the frame and bam ready to roll
