I have a 2007 Tahoe LTZ and I recently just had my right front wheel bearing replaced with a Timken bearing. Since I've had this done, I occasionally get a rubbing/groaning noise. The noise occurs as I am turning the steering wheel back to straight after I have made a right turn. Any ideas on what this could be? Maybe it's not related to the new bearing, but I'm thinking that it is.

Thanks for the quick response. Do you think it's safe to drive on?
