Noise comeing from back passenger panel

I have a 05 suburban and there is a noisecomeing from the very bk passenger panel. Sound like a mouse is running around in it what is behind that panel that would be making a noise plz help

If you have rear heating and AC, all of that is in there.

Yep, I have an 05 Tahoe and that panel is filled with a blower, AC, blend door, actuator and more. It is not easy to get into without breaking tabs. You have to remove the pillar covers too.
