No heat blowing out of foot heater vents

I'm getting no hot air flow out of the foot heater vents when the foot switch is on. Any idea what actuator to look at?

Probably the Driver's Temperature Actuator in the passenger's footwell. This assumes that the air coming out is cold. If no airflow, it may be the Mode Actuator in the driver's footwell.

Ya I'm getting no air flow at all in the footwells when the heat is on
