RPO 50U is Summit White. Might have been Border Patrol.
I suspect the front bumper was replaced by the current seller since the paint color doesn't seem to match the rest of the vehicle. A lot of the BP SUVs of that generation had the lower portion trimmed off and a custom skid plate added to increase the approach angle. Another clue is that the front left wheel well liner doesn't go down far enough to meet the bottom edge of the bumper.
Inside, the rear HVAC controls were moved to the metal plate on the roof to allow for a cage to be installed. The third row passenger armrest looks like it has a metal closeout plate riveted to it and the clothes hook is missing, probably for the rear cage mounting bracket. I don't see notches in the B-pillar trim, but replacements could have been sourced from the same vehicle that the console came from. Since the passenger side B-pillar trim is missing the screw cover trim piece, it likely broke during removal from the donor vehicle.
