NIB blend door didn't fix problem. Help!

2004 Tahoe...typical "all heat on drivers side until a restart" One day it just stuck on all cold and the restart method didn't workanymore. Got a few blend doors from the local wrecking yard...they cycle on recalibrate but stay full hot with. nochange on restart method. Broke down and laid down the cash for a brand new ACDelco part thinking that's the fix all. Well...full cold with no change even with a restart method .It cycles on recalibrate but stays on cold .

HELP!!! What/where do I check next?!?! With the Northern California bi polar weather...I need both my hot and cold to work!

ya, if it's the dual zone digital one they are known to go goofy. it's just a thought since the actuator should be good especially if its brand new. Or it needs to be reprogrammed. I have a tech2 but I am 30 minutes from elk grove off 5

Yeah, quit guessing James and get on over to Wes' place. There are 4 actuators and three reasons why each can fail, besides the controller.
