Hello everyone excited to finally say i own one of these beast but i am completely stumped as i have looked all over the net and even on this forum without being a member and cant seem to find any info on our body style. So i just purchased this PPV on Friday and we went to try the rear A/C and it did not kick on at all. First thing id like to know because i have yet to take this truck apart is do these versions even come with rear A/C to begin with?

My plan for this truck is to fix it up to a reliable daily and even add back the comforts of reg carpets and center console and leather fronts. So if anyone has some advice about doing that it would be appreciated.

What do you mean kick on? Like your compressor doesn't engage? Check static pressure of your refrigerant to make sure it hasn't leaked out from somewhere and verify the electromagnet for the compressor is getting power

What i mean by kick on is the actual blower motor turning on. Turn the knob to any speed and nothing through the vents at all.

What's the fuse look like?

Really though this ^^^^ check it first

I will check the fuses and relays just to make sure because i am sure it could be as easy as that. I saw the lines under the truck in the rear passenger corner but i just have to make sure they are not possibly capped off or block going towards the front. Ill be in touch to advise as the weeks go on and when i have the truck on a lift.

did you turn the rear a/c on using the controls in the front? maybe one control panel works and the other doesn't.

Yes with the front controls, on the map light overhead console but it just may be that doesn’t work either. We just have to check the fuse, relay and test the controls to make sure everything has current. My initial question came to be because it was strange for me to not even hear it come on at all.
