Hello!

I recently bought my first Chevy Tahoe. It's a beautiful black LT.

I like black, but there is a few things on this truck that is not black, and i need some help with that.

First, the chrome on the front and back bumper. Is there any black replacement part for this, or do you just paint the chrome?

Second, the headlights. I want this truck to be blacked out, is this a good bolt on alternative? https://www.protuninglab.com/hl-oh-cs99-4p-bk-cl1.html

Third, the taillights. Is this a good bolt on alternative? https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07CMKYYCS/ref=sspa_mb_hqp_detail_mobile_aax_0?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Or is this a better alternative? http://oemassive.com/fit-04-06-chevy-tahoe-suburban-1500-2500-smoked-headlights-bumper-tail-lights/

And at last, the orange indicators/lights that sits near the front doors, can you get clear or smoked glass for them, instead of orange ones?

I'm sorry if my questions have been answered before..

Welcome! I had the first set of headlights you posted in my Tahoe for for about 3 years. Most aftermarket headlights are junk, but I had good success with these. I did silicone around the gaskets before installing to prevent water getting in and condensation. Had regular halogen bulbs in and output was comparable to stock.
2nd the request for pics. Let’s see your Hoe!

I have something similar to those headlights, from Spec D.

I've had them for 4 yrs. All I did was run a bead of silicone around the inner edge, put some dialectic grease on the bulb gasket, and I swapped the oem headlight brackets on it. Good to go, and they haven't fogged yet and they don't vibrate.

You could try to find bumpers from other trims, possibly salvage yard would have a black ones, some come with body color bumpers. Depo headlights I got 5 or so years ago holding up really well, they are black instead of chrome. Depo LED taillights doing perfect as well at about 3 years

Here are some pictures of my Hoe. It's a pretty much stock LT with around 230.000 kilometeres (around 142.000 miles) I got it for $15.000 wich is cheap in my country. (Norway) I'm planning on removing the bull bar including the extra high beams, and painting front and back bumpers including the grill black. I want it to be blacked out, but still look a bit OEM.

She looks great so does the back ground. This previous owner wanted to be seen looks like. Those side lights probably have a hole in the fender if their lights now.You might be able to pop the cover off and put some cheap black tint over them-never seen that before.I would take off the red reflectors on the hitch also.Painting chrome is a ***** if not done right.Check on junk yard or getting a rear bumper thats painted or primed already to paint.Good luck and get your check book ready welcome to the TYF.
