my wife got the stickers for her '07 Yukon. they look good in the daylight, but are noticeably different with the interior lights on compared to the non-stickered ones.

Here are buttons with stickers on them. I put them back onto the ebay AC control unit i took the new buttons off of.

Stickers are only on the 4 big buttons on each side for AC controls.

The center buttons don't have the stickers on them

these decals were actually $20 (better quality maybe?) but for me they were still kinda tacky and kinda bothered me until I got the replacement unit.

I have these buttons still abailable if anyone is interested

What do you use to pull the buttons off the unit? I would be scared that I would break something then I'll be up the creek without a paddle...

I took the ac unit out from the car. unscrewed the 4 screws holding the front faceplate from the unit.

then int he back of the faceplate there are clips holding the buttons in place. I went ahead and pushed the buttons out fromt he back after openign the clips a little bit.

hope this helps.

Honestly, I just didn't like the look of the buttons so I never put them in my car to testhow they look at night. I just replaced these decals buttons with the nicer new ones from the other unit I ordered.

Stickers

Can you tell they are sticker when you put them on? What does it look like at night when the light is one?

Let me start off with I paid 6 bucks for them, and it looks better than it being all peeled. With that being said if you **** about little stuff, this is not an option for you. Depending on how bad yours are, mine were pretty bad. You can see the indention from where's it's been worn out. Then if you have a lot of the blue or red exposed the more it's going to show at night.

I love love love the look of my Tahoe but this was really disappointing to me when the button skin started to flake off

@NathanJax did you write a thread on how to replace the climate controls? I did some searching and can't find it. Mine are scratched and I want to fix it without using stickers.

No, but it's not hard. You can take it apart and replace individual buttons... if you can find one with good buttons online (eBay)

We put the stickers on about a year ago and cannot even tell they are there. Forgot about it. Less expensive than replacing a perfectly functional module.
