Someone asked for pics of the pre-runner bar and someone asked for pics of how I hid the gap between the bumper and back doors after a 3" body lift and I just wanted to put up some updated pics. Here they are. Not bad for a 14 yr old truck eh? Although I am getting bummed about the electrical problems I'm having with it. It could use a good wash and wax though.

Man you got me seriously thinking about buying one of those 3" body lifts. +1 to ditching the step though.

Thanks guys. I'm really proud of it. Its a '96, I bought it in 2000 with 37k miles on it and put the lift and tires on it right away. It currently only has 87k miles on it. I've taken good care of it.

.. you know Im just busting on ya cause Im jealous right?. I have nothing but respect for ya, like I said man your hoe is quite the command center. If i had my way and some extra cash mine would be fitted with the same set up. Depending on individual needs, Imtrying to decide what type of utility I want to achieve with my suv... road assistance, ability to get through treacherous situations.. surveilience and investigation has been my interest..mobile office setup.. cameras and recording stuff you know.

it's some baseboard type rubber molding that i bought at home depot. i had some of those push in retaining tabs, which you can see, and did have to drill some holes but it wasn't a big deal. super easy and works/looks great....AAAAAAAAAND the verdict is in, the steps are going....i just have bigger fish to fry right now though trying to find that short in my B/U lights/turn signal circuit.
