New motor, computer question

I am looking at putting a used lower mileage motor of the same in my Tahoe. I have a 5.3 with 204,000 on it and have option to put another 5.3 with less than 60,00 in it's place. Question is do I need to reprogram my computer for the new motor? Any info will help and thank you.
