Use a hole saw to drill a hole and pop it in to place.

HA! If it were just that simple. I'd like to adapt this to the aux input in my 2000 Yukon. The wiring is what I'd like to see.

Would like to keep the OE radio Yates. Maybe Nathan can offer some thoughts.

Not on your OEM radio. You could with an aftermarket deck...

hmmm '10 radio into a NBS. That sounds interesting. I would guess there's a lot of canbus and other issues to address. I just hate that aftermarket radios tend to look kinda cheap after a few years :(

:hmm: Just throwing this out there but I know there are quite a few folks who have done the "iPod mod" on all sorts of older stock head units that didn't come with them stock. If it's possible do that mod I wonder what the difficulty would be to do a "USB mod" to a NBS head unit

You have NBS? Then no you crazy rabbit there is no OEM options.

USB and AUX are completely different, like WIFI and 3G...

I explained via PM why it won't work.

Haha, yeah guys, I know there isn't an OE radio that I could just plug and play but I was hoping there was a way to wire it into the harness and then just add the USB plug in place of a 12v Acc plug. Just chatted w/ Nathan about it and sounds like it's not really possible w/o a different headunit.
