I replaced the headlights and front grill to mostly black out the front of my Yukon. I left part of the GMC logo chrome as I liked the accent.

Its annoying that they don't sell the replacement hood trim piece as well. Hopefully my sand and paint job holds up. Now that I've done this, I'll probably pull the chrome side emblems and paint those as well. Then I just need to find some rims to complete my blackout.

The door handles are already body color, so I haven't done anything with them.

Looks like you did a nice job on the sand and paint of that trim strip. Weird that you can’t buy a matching black one.

Looks great, love the chrome accent around GMC as well! What headlights are those I want to put those on mine!

how tedious was that? Lol I’ve seen a few people selling the Viynls but I’m worried about messing them up
These particular ones were very easy. The fit was perfect, it was just barely larger than the red part so it completely covered. I didn't want ones I had to trim, for the same reason.

Well, looks like I didn't go that great of a job on the sanding. The paint started flaking off in a few areas this summer. I vinyl wrapped it this summer.
